Birmingham, Ala., June 29, 2010 – Altec Industries, Inc., a Birmingham, Ala., based manufacturer of aerial lifts, cranes and specialty equipment for the electric utility and contractor markets has announced an Open House at the Altec Oregon Service Center in Portland, OR.

The open house will take place July 22, 2010 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Altec customers are invited to have lunch, enter prize drawings and demo various Altec units after touring the facility.

Altec sales, service and Global Rental representatives will be onsite for one-on-one meetings and to discuss an array of products including derricks, aerials and cranes. Updates will be offered on ANSI Standard reviews, product quality and the Altec Green Fleet initiatives.
