Standard Distribution Digger Derrick
Altec B-Series derricks are a staple of the electric utility and telecom industries. B-Series includes a 43 gpm variable displacement piston pump which reduces hydraulic heat generation, fuel consumption and chassis wear. Additionally, optional radio remotes integrate directly with the control system unlike fully hydraulic derricks and are offered with HOP indication. Additional features and options like standard and low speed for unit function, optional electronic side load protection with load gauge and RotaFloat® help to provide safety and productivity at the jobsite.
