Effective Jan. 1, 2025, Altec will no longer service units that are over 25 years old. We will continue to provide parts if they are available for purchase. If parts are not available, we will not engineer retro-fit solutions but will provide limited technical support. Additionally, Altec will no longer service units or provide parts or technical support for models that have been obsoleted from production for over 25 years. If you still have any of these units in your fleet, we encourage you to replace it with a current model.

Our objective is to answer all parts calls in under 10 seconds. We have 35 parts experts with more than 300 years of combined experience taking parts calls.
