AC18/23/35/38 Unit Specific Training
Three-day course, (24 hours)
Units of the AC series of cranes have a pilot operated control system with an optional radio remote system. Newer units feature a Hirschmann LMAP system (Load Moment Area Protection) to monitor the cranes operation and warn of a potential overload.
Overview
This training is designed for the development of technicians by reinforcing best maintenance safety practices and introducing unit specific knowledge. Students will be given the opportunity to learn both the theoretical and practical skills needed to perform preventative maintenance inspections and minor troubleshooting and repairs. Upon completion of this training, students will be able to demonstrate applied knowledge of the unit’s hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
