AH75/85/100 Unit Specific Training
Three-day course, (24 hours)
This transmission aerial device is available in 75-, 85- and 100-foot working heights and uses a piston pump in a load-sense, closed-center hydraulic system. The control system utilizes OEM fiber optic MRC 10X electric-over-hydraulic controls with threshold, max-out, low-range, ramp-up and ramp-down metering. The upper boom has one hydraulically extendable boom section while the lower boom has two hydraulically extendable boom sections. The unit features automatic platform leveling and is upgradeable to Category A.
Overview
This training is designed for the development of technicians by reinforcing best maintenance safety practices and introducing unit specific knowledge. Trainees will be given the opportunity to learn both the theoretical and practical skills needed to perform preventative maintenance inspections and minor troubleshooting and repairs. Upon completion of this training, technicians will be able to demonstrate applied knowledge of the unit’s hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
