What if you forget your password to login to the new Altec Connect?
At the login box, you can to reset your password by clicking on the Reset Your Password question mark icon in the login box.

How do I edit My Account information?
Click the arrow next to your account name in the upper right hand corner and click on My Account from the drop down menu.

How do I add a billing address to my account?
Call 1-877-GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), option 1 to get an address added.

Call 1-877-GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), option 1 to get an address added.

How do I become an administrator for my company?
If you know who your current administrator for your company is, contact them. If no one in your company is an administrator, e-mail altec.connect@altec.com to have an administrator setup.
