How do I return or exchange an item?
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need to call 1-877 GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), Option 1 for the return/exchange authorization number.

What if my shipment was damaged when I received it?
Keep the original shipping carton, paperwork and parts together. Call 1-877 GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), Option 1 within 24 hours to ensure credit. You will need information from the packing list and the shipping carton to process your claim.

What if I received the wrong quantity of items?
Have the packaging list available and call 1-877 GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), Option 1.

What if I received the incorrect part?
Call 1-877 GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), Option 1 to order the correct replacement parts

How long do I have to return a part?
Every effort must be made to return items to Altec Parts within 30 days of receipt. No credit will be issued for items returned after 90 days from the date or purchase

How do I know if my part is eligible for return?
The following parts are NON-Returnable: special orders, hose assemblies, small hardware, electrical components, hydraulic components that have been installed, and manuals.

The parts must be unused and returned in original condition. No credit will be given for damaged or used parts. All parts need to be individually tagged or labeled with the part number.

Is there a fee for returning parts?
All parts returns are subject to a restocking fee.
