Account Management
Account managers are responsible for driving sale of products and services within a designated territory. The primary focus of this position is to develop the territory through strategic sales calls, impactful presentations and equipment demonstrations while nurturing long-lasting customer relationships to ensure continued success.
Our account management team’s responsibilities include managing territory development; assisting in the establishment of quotas; pricing and forecasting; developing and servicing the customer partnership; and attending equipment shows, product meetings, and sales meetings.
Account Manager Trainee Program
Altec’s dynamic sales training program quickly prepares new associates to fill open account manager roles in response to attrition or company growth.
Guided by the program coordinator and supported by experienced teams across sales territories and business units, trainees receive hands-on development. Upon successful completion, they are placed into an open account manager position within Altec, ready to hit the ground running.
