Technical Sales Support
Technical sales support representatives play a key role in supporting Altec’s sales and operational processes. Acting as customer advocates, they serve as the vital link between the direct sales force, customers and manufacturing operations to ensure a seamless experience.
The primary focus of the Inside Sales team is to manage the quoting, ordering and invoicing processes related to each order.
Because Altec products are engineered-to-order, every order is treated as a unique project – customized to meet specific customer requirements and engineered accordingly. These projects can range in duration from a week to several months. Technical sales support representatives “own” the order from concept through delivery, coordinating all information and data related to the quote and order.
