Altec Recognizes Pat Procaccini at 2018 EUFMC
Altec recognized Pat Procaccini, Fleet Manager at Public Service Electric and Gas (PSEG), at the 2018 Electric Utility Fleet Manager’s Conference (EUFMC). Pat was thanked for his leadership and commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility and workforce safety in the utility industry.
Over his 41 years at PSEG, Pat has held many titles and managed numerous responsibilities, but no matter the job, has always stayed committed to safety, integrity and productivity. His vision and commitment to renewable resources lead PSEG to incorporate the Altec JEMS solution into over 350 units in the PSEG fleet. This solution not only cut fuel costs by eliminating unnecessary idle time, but also reduced the PSEG carbon emissions while making for a quieter and safer work environment for utility workers.
EUFMC is an educational conference for fleet representatives with investor-owned electric utilities, electric cooperatives and electrical contractors. It is held annually in Williamsburg, Virginia with more than 300 representatives from over 100 manufacturers and service providers in attendance.
