Description of Defect:
When the unit is in ePTO mode, pressing the ground level emergency stop might not stop hydraulic functions for the Altec machine.
Safety Risk:
In an emergency, if the E-stop does not immediately stop hydraulic functions, a hazardous situation may not be prevented, increasing the risk of serious injury or death.
