Click the arrow next to your account name in the upper right-hand corner and click on My Account from the drop-down menu. You can also access it by navigating to My Account.

How do I add a billing address or shipping address to my account?
Call 1-877-GO-ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), option 1 to add an address.

How do I become an administrator for my company?
Contact the current administrator for your company is. If no one in your company is an administrator, email altec.connect@altec.com to have an administrator set up.
