How to View and Download Pre-Delivery Inspection Photos on Altec Connect

Have you taken advantage of the recent Altec Connect updates? Our platform provides a more focused experience that allows our customers to view and search fleet information, order replacement parts, view Altec Product Notices and more.

In conjunction with the new Supply Store, Altec is dedicated to serving as a “one stop online shop” for ordering tools, supplies, accessories, replacement parts, and managing your fleet information.

Let’s take a look at the most recent update inside Altec Connect – viewing and downloading pre-delivery inspection photos.

The following images will show online for Altec built units:

  • Front view
  • Street-side front corner view
  • Street-side View (Compartments Closed)
  • Rear View
  • Curb-Side Rear Corner View
  • Curb-Side View (Compartments Closed)

How to Access Pre-Delivery Inspection Photos

To view and download your pre-delivery inspection photos:

  • Log in to Altec Connect
  • Navigate to the search bar
  • Go to the My Fleet Page
  • Search for the unit you would like to see photos for
  • Select the unit
  • Go to the Photos tab to see the images

Note: Not all units will have photos available. Please contact your account manager for any questions you have about this.

Altec Connect allows a user to look up a wide array of information about their customer account. Keep in mind – different user roles control what a user can and cannot see. A user can be assigned predefined roles for common use cases, or a custom role may be created to accommodate any use case a user may have.
