Technical Training
The Technical Training Department is responsible for training Altec and customer technicians on the maintenance of Altec equipment. Consisting of a combination of over 100 years of maintenance experience, The Technical Training Team hosts numerous live training sessions annually.
Altec Technical Trainers provide expertise on hydraulic, mechanical and electrical issues. Trainers assist mechanics to learn preventative maintenance techniques to be proactive instead of reactive for the longevity and functionality of the unit. Additionally, instruction is given on the interworking of the machine to help technicians diagnose potential issues and make repairs to reduce unit downtime.
