Mobile Service
Effective Jan. 1, 2025, Altec will no longer service units that are over 25 years old. We will continue to provide parts if they are available for purchase. If parts are not available, we will not engineer retro-fit solutions but will provide limited technical support. Additionally, Altec will no longer service units or provide parts or technical support for models that have been obsoleted from production for over 25 years. If you still have any of these units in your fleet, we encourage you to replace it with a current model.
The Altec Service has mobile service technicians nationwide that are available to be deployed to your location. Mobile service technicians are equipped with the trucks and tools needed to get your equipment serviced and back on the road as soon as possible.
Additionally, Altec Mobile Service has 24 hour emergency assistance, as well as emergency storm coverage.
