To retrieve your AXIS activation credentials please submit the following information.

Altec associates, please request your activation by sending an internal helpdesk request.

  • NOTE: If you do not have a valid company email address, please provide a supervisor or manager email address.
    This email address will be used as your username.

  • If questions arise during the account creation, an Altec associate will contact you. Please provide as many details as possible.
